Saying ‘Yes!’ opens a huge reservoir of fresh and vital energy. We can meet and dance without resistance and our dance can transform and blossom.
This weekend is about saying ‘Yes’ to everything that is vital and true. Even to our ‘No’. Dropping old habits, open up to fresh ideas and change the quality of our dance.
This TaoTango weekend is like a spiral. First moving inside and closer to ourselves. Becoming more and more silent and receptive. Then finding your authentic YES inside, honour it and move into freedom. Connected within and free of fear. Finally dancing together and sharing YES. And then to move into silence again with a smile.
What is Tao?
Tao is an ancient wisdom on how to live a truly blissful life. It goes beyond words, methods and religions. It includes being in the flow of life, without resistance and distance, enjoying the opposites and going beyond it. Becoming innocent and playful like a child and finding freedom in each action. Isn’t it great to bring these Tao qualities into the tango? We think it is! So let’s TaoTango!
What is TaoTango?
TaoTango is about finding connection inside, becoming aware of what is vital for you and bringing this into the dancing dialogue with your partner. The TaoTango weekends are like a journey where you discover more about yourself and how you relate. With workshops and milongas we create a space in which you can practice in the tango what you want to move in life.
The TaoTango weekend includes about 8 hours of workshops by Paras & Paul and lot of dancing. Besides the tango, we work with awareness exercises, breathing, voice and sharing.
The first evening we have a milonga open to the public. The rest of the weekend is for participants only
