Sandra, Michela, Massimo and Gianluca are proud to announce:
Urbe Autumn Tango Party!
Marathon will take place on 21-22-23th september in ROME, in a wonderful location in Appia Antica Park, the most important communication street of the Ancient URBE, a treasure of incredible testimonies about the story of Rome.
The melodies of our tango will ring a few meters from monuments such as towers and medieval valche, the Latin tombs complex, and the Acqueducts Park, with the imposing ruins of the pipes that supplied water to URBE. The cottage where the marathon take place is surrounded by the grass, with tranquility and silence that surround one of the most valuable and fascinating Rome’s area.
We have reserved for you the Victor Hotel, a three-star with whom we have agreed to offer double and triple the unbeatable price of 30 euros per person per night, including the possibility of staying on Thursday night, on the occasion of pre-marathon event.
We are organizing a shuttle service at affordable prices, which links between the hotel and the location of the marathon(about 3 km) the nearby Ciampino Airport and Fiumicino airport.
This year we can have 160 dancers.
Price of Urbe Autumn Tango Party will be 95 EURO.
Registration will open on the 15th may at 14:00 (italian time).
To register to the marathon you have send a mail to urbetangorave@gmail.com,
specifying First Name – Last Name – Country (city for italians) and if you are leader or follower.
We won’t consider mail received before the 15th may at 14:00.
We will consider on only single registration requests
When will received registration mail, we’ll send an answer within 7 days, with the details of payments.
We’ll give you a time of 3 weeks to pay by PAYPAL OR BY A BANK TRANSFER.
Every payment will be arrive beyond the specified time frame will be considered invalid and the money will be returned.
THE TIME OF REGISTRATION WON’T BE THE ONLY PRINCIPLE TO ATTEND THE MARATHON, BECAUSE WE MUST ENSURE A PERFECT BALANCE BETWEEN LEADERS AND FOLLOWERS
In case of renounce, money will be returned WITHIN THE FIRST OF AUGUST
The amount include:
40 hours of tango – start on friday 21 sep. at 17 and finish on sunday 23 sep. at 18. We’ll stop the music for the dinner on friday 20:30-22 and on saturday 20:21:30, on saturday 7:30-11 and on sunday 7:30-12
2 brunch with cold and hot meals of italian delicious made by our Michela and her staff of cooks
2 dinners with cold and hot dishes of italian delicious made by our Michela and her staff of cooks
Coffe – tea – fruit juices – snacks – sweet delicious during all the marathon…with night surprise by Sandra&Michela
