Changes on TMD (2019-12)

There are a few changes to TMD already live, with more coming.

Events are now marked with “n-th weekend of month/year”. This is great for a quick glance, and also helps organizers of new events to know which other events are on which weekend.
The tabular event table has filters. Try them out!
The DJ archive has avatars for all DJs.
