Ned Sabi is an experienced Tango DJ from Croatia. He has DJ'd in hundreds of tango events since 2001. He has been the resident DJ at his own milongas and at many others in his native town of Zagreb, Croatia, as well as at numerous tango events in other cities, including Buenos Aires. He plays carefully selected tandas for social dancing. His music is centered on the great orchestras of the Golden Age, with a careful use of earlier and later music when appropriate. Actively pushing mood and energy as well as remaining open to changes on the floor, he aims to create a deeply emotional experience over the course of the milonga, to charge the floor with energy, rhythm and emotion. For him, tango music and DJing are just as great a passion as dancing tango. Playing the right tanda at the right time is critical for an emotionally fulfilling evening of dancing and he aims to achieve exactly that with his music selections. Always striving for an inspiring atmosphere, and to maintain effortless flow on the dance floor, his style is romantic, rhythmical and playful at the same time. His distinctive use of cortinas provides a structure which further enhances the dancing experience. The magic occurs when all is put together properly, at the right time and in the best sound quality, and he is one who knows how to do it.
