I started DJing in 2010 after beeing hooked by Tango as a dancer for some years. In the course of time, I discovered the diversity of Tango music and the caracteristics of the various orchestras. More and more I found myself that when beeing at a milonga, the time I spent when listening to the music gave me as much pleasure as the time I spent dancing.
Beeing located in Berlin, I have the privilege to put on the music on the most popular Milongas in town, as well as on the Berlin Tango festivals of the past years. Moreover, I enjoy my Sets throughout Germany and Europe (i.e. Italy) giving me the chance to meet old and new friends.
As a DJ it is essential to me to have an idea about how to create the right atmosphere throughout the night. Nevertheless, my DJ Sets are strictly spontaneous in order to pick up, to guide or to adopt to the mood and the context. They are characterized by the orchestras of the "Epoca de Oro" with a focus on variety and colorfulness plus some refreshing excurses to the 1950s or 1960s. Ideally, it's a perfect dialogue between giving the crowd the appropriate energy and quality of music and receiving from it a possesive, inspiring non-verbal feedback.
