Started DJing in 2005, after some longer stays in Buenos Aires, where I spent a lot of time just listening, talking to the DJs, learning about the music, understanding the orchestras, the lyrics ... and stocking up with music.
Traditional music set in tandas that aim to be well-composed, story-telling, with a beginning and an end, accompanied by cortinas that add to the buena onda. Mix of romantic, dynamic, rhythmic music that wants to make you get up and dance - I know a lot about tango music, but I don't want to confuse or bore anyone with a collection of unknown discoveries. You might not know a tango that I play, but I hope you want to know it after you've heard it! My favourite orchestras change, but there will always be D'Arienzo, Di Sarli, Canaro, Biagi, Troilo, Caló, Demare, D'Agostino, Pugliese ... just as well as sweet old stuff by Típica Victor, Firpo or Carabelli.
