Era circa 14 anni fa. Nasceva timidamente il RDV Milonguero di Bologna. Si proponeva su di un palcoscenico già ben calpestato da encuentros famosi e di indiscussa qualità. La sua filosofia, un poco controcorrente, non era quella di raggruppare i soliti ballerini conoscenti tra loro, bensì aprire la porta a tutti.
